Our service allows users to: • Monitor the status of their backlinks in real-time • Receive alerts for broken, deleted, or modified links • Manage multiple clients and link building campaigns • Analyze the quality and toxicity of backlinks • Generate detailed weekly reports • Track the evolution of their link profiles

2. Use of Service

By subscribing to Linkazu, you access a backlink monitoring service according to the chosen pricing plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency). You agree to: • Use the service legally and in compliance with these Terms • Not attempt to compromise the security of the service • Not use the service for illegal or malicious activities • Not resell or transfer your access to third parties • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.

3. User Data and Privacy

5. Subscription and Billing

Linkazu offers three monthly subscription plans: • Starter: €9/month for 500 backlinks • Pro: €29/month for 10,000 backlinks • Agency: €99/month for 50,000 backlinks All subscriptions include: • A 30-day free trial without credit card • Automatic daily verification of all your backlinks • Instant alerts via email and in-app • Detailed weekly reports • Customer support included • Multi-client and multi-campaign management Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are granted after the 30-day free trial period.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Linkazu platform, including but not limited to source code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of Linkazu. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content • Use our trademarks or logos without prior written authorization • Reverse engineer our platform • Create competing services based on our technology

7. Limitation of Liability

Linkazu strives to provide a reliable and accurate service. However, we do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted service availability (though we aim for 99.9% uptime) • 100% accuracy of backlink monitoring data • Instant detection of all backlink changes Linkazu cannot be held responsible for: • Revenue losses related to undetected lost backlinks • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use • Problems caused by external factors (third-party server outages, etc.) Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email to the address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
